ABOUT THE TEAM

Anduril is seeking a talented and driven Video Content Creator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing engaging and effective video-based training content focused on the operation and maintenance of Anduril's cutting-edge products.

ABOUT THE JOB

You will play a crucial part in ensuring our end-users and internal teams are proficient with our complex systems. This position requires a creative storyteller with strong technical aptitude and a keen eye for detail, capable of transforming complex information into clear, concise, and visually compelling instructional videos.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Full-Cycle Training Video Production: Conceptualize, storyboard, shoot, and edit high-quality training videos covering the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Anduril’s hardware and software products.
  • Post-Production & Enhancement: Perform all aspects of post-production, including video editing, color correction, audio mixing, and encoding for various platforms.
  • Content Management: Organize and maintain a library of video assets, ensuring version control and accessibility for relevant teams.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with subject matter experts, engineers, product teams, and existing training personnel to ensure technical accuracy and instructional effectiveness of all content.
  • Stay Current: Keep abreast of the latest video production techniques, software, and training methodologies to continuously improve the quality and impact of our training materials.
  • Contribute to and align with Design team’s brand identity and visual language.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience as a Video Creator or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing your shooting, editing, and post-production capabilities (please provide a link to your demo reel or portfolio).
  • Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro, After Effects, and ideally Illustrator and/or InDesign for graphical elements.
  • Demonstrable experience in all stages of video production: pre-production (storyboarding, scripting assistance), production (camera operation, lighting, audio recording), and post-production (editing, motion graphics, color grading, sound mixing).
  • Ability to translate complex technical information into easily understandable and engaging video content.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience creating training content for technical products, ideally in the defense, aerospace, or technology sectors.
  • Proficiency or demonstrable experience with 180VR video content capture and VR platforms
  • Familiarity with 3D animation software (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya) to create and integrate animated sequences for explaining complex product functionalities.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM compliance.
  • Familiarity with Anduril’s products and mission.
  • Photography skills
US Salary Range
$114,000$171,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
