Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century’s most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril’s family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.

ABOUT THE TEAM

The Platform team at Anduril plays a critical role in driving the success and adoption of our cutting-edge technologies through strategic alliances. We seek to establish and build relationships with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), Cloud Service Providers (CSPs), Systems Integrators (SIs), and Prime Contractors to expand the reach and impact of our platform. Our team’s mission is to orchestrate joint go-to-market (GTM) motions and foster a thriving partner ecosystem that accelerates mission success for our DoD and allied customers.

ABOUT THE JOB

The Director, Strategic Partnerships and Platform Development, will spearhead strategic growth initiatives for Anduril's ambitious platform as a service project. This includes comprehensive GTM execution through varied initiatives tailored to different partner types such as ISVs, CSPs, SIs, and Primes. You will guide the platform's journey from early beta stages through full-scale production and Program-of-Record (PoR) transitions by actively engaging with government customers and strategic partners to drive platform adoption. This position is ideal for a hands-on leader who can seamlessly integrate tactical mission requirements with the broader enterprise ecosystem.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead end-to-end capture strategy and proposal execution across the Platform lifecycle stages (prototype, beta, GA, PoR) focused on partners.
  • Establish repeatable GTM motions and create partner playbooks to scale the platform’s ecosystem effectively.
  • Leverage strategic partnerships with ISVs, CSPs, SIs, and Primes to shape and win deals that drive platform adoption.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of public sector opportunities aligned with tactical-edge cloud adoption and joint mission goals.
  • Translate technical capabilities into actionable mission outcomes for a wide array of stakeholders, from OSD and Service CIOs to field units and COCOMs.
  • Develop and implement capture plans, win strategies, teaming arrangements, and pricing models for various contract vehicles (OTA, IDIQ, PoR).
  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, product, growth) to align roadmap priorities with market feedback.
  • Engage directly with partners at key events, labs, and field sites to demonstrate value and accelerate the platform's adoption.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10+ years of experience in business development, capture, or program delivery aimed at the DoD or IC sectors.
  • Proven success in shaping and winning defense technology or cloud-based programs across multiple levels with a portfolio exceeding $50M.
  • Deep familiarity with DoD acquisition processes across product maturity stages (OTAs, IDIQs, BAAs, PoR transitions).
  • Strong expertise in cloud and edge ecosystems and collaboration with CSPs.
  • Experience working with Systems Integrators, OEMs, and ISVs within the defense market and understanding on how to build a cloud ecosystem.
  • Ability to function independently in a fast-paced, early-stage environment — from strategic planning to execution.
  • Current or ability to acquire a U.S. Top Secret SCI security clearance with ongoing maintenance capability.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with tactical-edge computing, Command and Control (C2) systems, or distributed cloud architectures.
  • Prior achievements in collaborating with partners to integrate hardware and software into operational field environments.
  • Familiarity with DoD initiatives like emerging data fabric and CJADC2 (NGC2, ABMS, etc.).
