ABOUT THE TEAM
The Menace Platform Division is developing a first of it’s kind Platform built for the tactical edge, where connectivity is contested, latency costs lives, and resilience defines victory. Built on Anduril’s field-proven Menace and Voyager systems, and powered by the company’s Lattice orchestration framework and distributed Fabric and Data Mesh, the Menace Platform allows warfighters, allies, and partners to deploy applications, share data, and make decisions at machine speed—even when disconnected.
Connected Warfare is one of Anduril's Business Lines focused on building a next-gen software-defined distributed C2 architecture focused on orchestrating and automating 3rd party combat-fielded sensors and strike-networks for synchronized joint operations. We work with mission partners and operators to deploy reliable and robust capabilities on operationally-relevant fielding timelines to meet complex challenges across the DOD and IC.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Mission Enablement Lead for Anduril’s platform as a service initiative. The Mission Enablement Lead will be focused in the field planning, integrating, deploying, and accelerating work directly with partners to drive adoption and mission success of the platform. You will embed with partners and customers, understand their operational challenges firsthand, familiarize them with the platform’s capabilities, and translate real-world feedback into actionable improvements for product and engineering teams. You will also be responsible for shaping customer deployments in advance of OTA awards and other experimentation efforts. This role sits at the intersection of technology and mission to ensure Menace delivers results where it matters most.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Drive successful adoption and use of the platform in field environments alongside partners and customers
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with ecosystem partners, Anduril business lines, and senior defense and intelligence personnel to identify mission needs and shape requirements
- Position the platform and supporting capabilities for OTA awards and pilot activities
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align development efforts with emerging operational concepts and customer feedback
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of experience working with or within the DoD and Intelligence Community
- Proven record of leading growth or product campaigns for complex, technical systems within national security programs
- Experience bridging field experience to product development
- Strong executive communication and relationship-building skills across government and industry stakeholders
- Currently possesses an active U.S. Top Secret SCI security clearance
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience deploying technology in austere, classified, or edge environments
- Experience driving adoption of early-stage or emerging products
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
