Endeavor is real-world enterprise AI.
Our software is the distribution layer for powerful AI models that will build the world.
Our belief is that AI will power many applications in legal, healthcare, and finance. But none are more important than building AI that can build the world around us. Especially the physical infrastructure that will accelerate the development of AI.
We focus on the building materials market, which is suffering from manual quoting, order entry, and pricing. These are a double whammy. They lose revenue for missed quotes and mispriced products. And they pay tons of people to make quotes and enter orders. AI solves that, so our product is flying off the shelves. After we dominate this market, we’ll go to other industries. But we have to win this market first - if we don’t, we don’t get to the next level.
While labs build the models of the future, we build the last-mile delivery for them. We must model complex environments, deliver reliable results, and bridge the gap between models and the antiquated ecosystems in which they must operate.
Our Principles
We are bold, especially when the world tells us what we’re doing is impossible.
We are truth-seeking, choosing clarity over comfort.
We will win. And we work really hard to win.
The Role | Product Manager
We're looking for our first Product Manager — someone who will sit at the intersection of our customers, our engineering team, and the product itself. This is a hands-on, highly technical position for someone who thinks like an engineer, communicates like a consultant, and thrives in ambiguity.
What You’ll Do
Own customer communication by speaking with clients regularly, understanding their needs, and translating them into clear, actionable requirements for the engineering team.
Investigate and evaluate APIs by reading documentation, making test requests, and determining whether a given API provides the data needed to power a feature or integration.
Break down requirements into prioritized tasks, distinguishing core client deadlines from nice-to-haves, and keeping the team focused on what matters most.
Track requirements end-to-end — details nest deeply in this work and nothing can slip. You'll own making sure every requirement is captured, communicated, and completed.
Evaluate product tradeoffs by helping the team think through what logic should live in middleware vs. the core codebase, and where to draw the line between overfitted and generalized solutions.
What We Require
3–5 years of experience in a product, technical, or customer-facing role at a software company.
Demonstrated ability to read and work with APIs (REST or otherwise).
Familiarity with financial or business software concepts (e.g., accounting systems, ERP, vendor management) is a strong plus.
There’s no requirement to contribute significantly to the codebase, but a programming background or recent exposure is valued.
