Chief of Staff, GTM
Obvio
About Obvio AI
Each year, more than 7,500 pedestrians are killed by drivers in the U.S.—a number that has increased by 70% over the past decade. Despite growing awareness, most cities still struggle to curb dangerous driving. “Vision Zero” efforts across the country are falling short.
Obvio AI exists to change that.
We deploy solar-powered, AI-assisted cameras to enforce traffic laws where pedestrians are most vulnerable—automating enforcement in ways that police departments or traditional systems cannot. Our approach has already led to a dramatic reduction in reckless driving and improved safety for pedestrians, drivers, and law enforcement alike.
Founded by the team behind Motive’s AI dashcam, Obvio is backed by Bain Capital Ventures and Khosla Ventures. We recently raised a $22M Series A and are working with some of the most forward-thinking cities in the country. With meaningful revenue, a massive market, and strong policy momentum, we’re building the intelligence layer for safer streets globally.
About the Role
We’re looking to hire a versatile Chief of Staff who can help us accelerate our GTM efforts. You’ll spin up and optimize core GTM functions as we bring on dedicated owners. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and excels at building from zero to one.
In the near term, you'll take on several critical GTM priorities—ranging from field marketing to customer success to sales enablement. Longer term, you’ll lay the foundation for dedicated functions as the company scales.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can move fluidly between strategy and execution, and who’s motivated by the opportunity to own meaningful, cross-functional work at a fast-growing company.
What You’ll Do
- Marketing & Storytelling – Refine our core pitch and sales assets to reflect our impact and accelerate deal velocity
- Customer Success – Help define and operationalize a scalable post-sale experience and support model
- BizOps & Pricing – Build financial models and explore alternative business models or pricing strategies
- Sales Enablement – Identify messaging gaps, uplevel content, and help reps sharpen their narrative
- General GTM Support – Take on ad hoc strategic and operational work wherever it moves the needle
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 4 years of experience in project management, consulting, or a company-wide high-impact role
- Proven track record of managing large projects
- Strong understanding of organizational dynamics and business operations
- Expert in written, verbal, and public communication across different audiences
- Resourceful, adaptable, and comfortable working across a variety of functions
- A strong communicator with a bias toward action and ownership
Why Obvio
- Your work will help save lives and improve road safety
- Series A of $22M led by Bain Capital
- Fast-moving startup environment with meaningful ownership
- Competitive compensation and early-stage equity
