About Obvio AI

Each year, more than 40,000 people in the U.S. leave home and never make it back due to traffic crashes. At Obvio, we believe these deaths are preventable. We deploy solar-powered, AI-assisted cameras to enforce traffic laws where pedestrians are most vulnerable—automating enforcement in ways that traditional systems cannot. Our approach has already led to a 50% reduction in reckless driving in early partner cities.
Founded by the team behind Motive's AI dashcam and backed by Bain Capital Ventures and Khosla Ventures, we are building the intelligence layer for safer streets globally.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Manager of Brand & Integrated Marketing to execute Obvio’s marketing motion as we scale into new markets. You will be the architect of our brand narrative, translating complex AI tech and public safety data into compelling, human stories that shift community perception and drive municipal adoption. If you are a builder who thrives at the intersection of cutting-edge technology, public policy, and real-world mission, we want to talk.

What You’ll Do

  • Translate business priorities into high-impact brand strategies, localized launch campaigns, and elevated creative direction for new and existing markets.

  • Drive integrated campaigns from early audience insights and narrative design through creative execution, channel planning, and rigorous post-campaign measurement.

  • Champion visual consistency, clarity, and creative excellence across major brand initiatives and everyday localized touchpoints.

  • Expand Obvio’s reach across digital communities, events, social channels, and innovative, localized physical activations.

  • Define and elevate Obvio’s voice across our core audiences - from city planners and police chiefs to neighborhood advocates and local citizens.

  • Lead our thought leadership initiatives, including original safety reports, executive visibility programs, keynotes, and deep-dive customer success stories.

  • Provide robust marketing, messaging, and localized promotional support to field teams executing community-first camera deployments.

What We're Looking For

  • You have 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, integrated campaigns, or a related GTM role (with a strong portfolio of multi-channel campaigns executed from strategy to launch).

  • You have a proven track record of managing and directing external agencies/creative partners.

  • You have impeccable creative judgment, an eye for aesthetic cohesion, and the ability to turn dry technical specifications into deeply emotional, mission-driven copy.

  • You are a natural relationship builder who effortlessly partners with product, government relations, sales, and operations to drive unified GTM strategies.

  • You look at data not just to report numbers, but to uncover insights that sharpen our strategy and prove the ROI of brand investments.

  • You are curious about how emerging AI tools can streamline creative workflows, but you deeply understand that human empathy and storytelling are irreplaceable in our line of work.

  • You are energized by working in GovTech, public safety, or mission-driven environments.

Why Obvio

  • Your work will help save lives and improve road safety

  • Series A of $22M led by Bain Capital

  • Fast-moving startup environment with meaningful ownership

  • Competitive compensation and early-stage equity
