🔍Why we’re looking for you
Owner is looking for an amazing professional to join our team of IT Support Engineers who keep our internal systems running smoothly as we scale. In this role, You’ll play a critical role in enabling our teams to move fast and deliver excellence.
This role is 100% remote and can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada.
💥 The impact you will have
- Support and unblock internal customers.
- Build scalable and efficient systems
- Ensure processes are mature, well documented and easy to use.
- Help Owner effectively manage it’s fleet of devices.
🤝 Who you’ll work with
- You will collaborate and support every team across Owner
- Work alongside Security and Platform teams to best support internal customers.
✅ What we’re looking for
- 2+ Years providing internal customer support
- Excellent trouble shooting skills
- Outstanding soft skills / customer service capabilities
- Driven growth mindset
- Experience with Okta, AWS, Slack, Notion, Google, and other flagship SaaS products.
- Experience implementing and managing MDM solutions.

- The estimated base salary range for this role is $120,000 - $130,000 USD per year, plus a generous pre-IPO equity package
