Profound is on a mission to help companies understand and control their AI presence. As a GTM Partnerships Manager based in New York, you’ll play a key role in building and scaling our ecosystem of partners — from technology platforms and data providers to service and channel partners. You’ll help identify opportunities, execute joint programs, and support go-to-market initiatives that amplify Profound’s reach across the enterprise and agency landscape.
What You’ll Do
Support the development and execution of Profound’s go-to-market partnership strategy, working across sales, marketing, and product.
Identify, engage, and nurture strategic partnerships that drive awareness, adoption, and revenue opportunities.
Manage day-to-day partner relationships and enablement, ensuring alignment on joint priorities, metrics, and programs.
Collaborate with internal teams to operationalize partnerships, from integrations and launch planning to co-marketing initiatives.
Track performance, analyze impact, and surface insights to refine our partnership motion as we scale.
Play a key role in building out Profound’s partnerships function, contributing to process, playbooks, and culture as we grow.
Who You Are
A hands-on operator with experience in partnerships, business development, or GTM strategy — ideally within SaaS, AI, or enterprise technology.
Skilled in relationship management, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational execution.
Curious and collaborative, with a strong interest in how technology partnerships drive customer value and market expansion.
Entrepreneurial and resourceful — excited by the opportunity to help build a high-impact function from the ground up.
Strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Location
This is an on-site role based in our Union Square office, designed for builders who thrive on speed, iteration, and meaningful impact.
For this role, the expected base salary range is $130,000 – $150,000. Profound’s total compensation package is designed to be competitive and includes base salary, equity, and a full range of benefits and perks. Final compensation will depend on factors such as your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and will be determined during the interview process.
