In our GTM Operations & Analytics role, you’ll build and manage the systems, reporting, and insights that drive Profound’s go-to-market engine. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure our GTM teams have the clarity, structure, and incentives they need to drive growth efficiently and predictably.
What You’ll Do
Own GTM business metrics reporting in order to drive better decision making: sales productivity, rep attainment, market analysis, etc.
Sales incentive & comp planning. You’ll model sales incentives and ensure reps are paid accurately & on time.
Lead flow prioritization and optimization.
Segmentation and territory analysis to drive focus on strategic accounts.
Partner with leadership to forecast pipeline, revenue, and productivity with precision and accountability.
Design and maintain dashboards and analytics frameworks that enable data-driven decisions across Sales and Marketing.
Identify and implement process and tooling improvements across the GTM tech stack (CRM, reporting, lead routing, attribution).
Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Product, and Marketing Ops to align on targets, coverage models, and reporting definitions.
Translate data into clear insights and recommendations that improve sales efficiency and go-to-market strategy.
Who You Are
2-4 years of experience in GTM, Revenue, or Sales Operations, with strong analytical and modeling skills.
Proven experience with CRM and reporting tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Looker, Tableau, or equivalent).
Deep understanding of sales compensation, pipeline analytics, and territory design.
Highly analytical — you love digging into data to find patterns, trends, and opportunities.
Comfortable translating data into insights that influence decision-making across leadership.
Excellent communicator and collaborator; you work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
Bonus: experience supporting fast-growing, early-stage SaaS or AI companies; exposure to SQL or advanced data visualization tools.

This is an on-site role based in our Union Square office, designed for builders who thrive on speed, iteration, and meaningful impact.
For this role, the expected base salary range is $120,000 – $160,000. Profound’s total compensation package is designed to be competitive and includes base salary, equity, and a full range of benefits and perks. Final compensation will depend on factors such as your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and will be determined during the interview process.
