Profound is on a mission to help companies understand and control their AI presence. As an Engagement Associate, you will partner closely with the Engagement Management teams to help address customer needs, drive adoption, and facilitate meaningful outcomes through targeted support and initiatives. At Profound, you will help guide customers through the future of search, sharing best practices and actionable tactics to enhance their AI visibility utilizing the Profound platform.

What You’ll Do

• Support the Engagement Management team with daily customer meetings, preparation, action items, and strategic initiatives.

• Craft regular strategic AEO audits that include key insights, performance metrics, and recommendations for customers of all sizes — from enterprise to startup.

• Develop a deep understanding of customer objectives and their broader marketing ecosystem.

• Effectively multi-thread customer engagements to mitigate risk from stakeholder turnover and manage customer Slack channels to ensure all messages are addressed.

• Collaborate internally with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to optimize customer implementation and resolve technical challenges.

Location

This is an on-site role in our Union Square office—designed for builders who thrive on speed, iteration, and impact.

For this role, the expected base salary range is $80,000 before commission ($115,000 On-Target Estimate). Profound’s total compensation package is designed to be competitive and includes base salary, equity, and a full range of benefits and perks. Final compensation will depend on factors such as your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and will be determined during the interview process.
