Sett is growing, and we’re looking for a versatile, hands-on professional to join our HR & Operations team!

Sett leverages cutting-edge AI technologies and agent-based workflows to create deep technical solutions for the gaming industry. Our initial focus is on developing an “Autonomous Creative Marketer”- handling everything from autonomous research and ideation to content production driven by data-backed recommendations.

We’re looking for a hands-on, proactive, business and people-oriented HR & Operations Admin to join our growing team and help us build an amazing day-to-day experience for our people.

What You’ll Do:

  • Hiring process – screen CVs, coordinate interviews, and support managers through every step, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.
  • Global recruitment – work with global agencies and platforms to hire employees from different countries and manage the recruitment process end to end.
  • Run onboarding & offboarding – prepare equipment, accounts, and documentation, and guide new employees through their first day to ensure a smooth and welcoming start.
  • Support HR processes – help with contracts, employee documents, systems, and day-to-day HR operations.
  • Manage office operations – take care of supplies, vendors, and logistics to keep everything running smoothly.
  • Employee experience – plan company events, happy hours, and suggest new ideas and initiatives to improve the overall employee experience.
  • Handle finance & admin tasks – track expenses, manage supplier payments, and support contract-related processes.

Who you are:

  • You have 1–2 years of experience in HR, recruitment coordination, or office operations – preferably in a tech company or startup.
  • You’re organized, detail-oriented, and great at juggling multiple tasks at once.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn quickly, and enjoy figuring things out independently.
  • You have a creative mindset and understand design and video content creation workflows.
  • You’re fluent in both Hebrew and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills – You will conduct onboarding sessions in English, and will support our remote employees.
  • You have experience with event planning, office logistics, and supplier coordination.
  • You have a startup mindset – move fast, think big, make an impact, and work hard.
  • You bring a “can-do” attitude, a high sense of ownership, and strong business orientation.
  • You’re a true team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • You’re curious about new technologies (especially Gen AI!) and love staying on top of trends.
