This is a hybrid role for an operator with strong financial instincts and a systems mindset. As Head of Operations & Finance, you’ll be the engine room of the company - bringing operational clarity, financial discipline, and cross-functional coordination as we scale. You’ll own the connective tissue across departments, partner with the executive team, and ensure that Sett operates with the same intelligence and efficiency we promise our customers.

You’ll lead key functions spanning finance, business operations, legal, and internal ops - and build the infrastructure to support a global, high-velocity SaaS business.

Strategic & Cross-Functional Execution

• Drive alignment in execution, forecasting, and resource allocation across departments.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and GTM to improve efficiency, pricing, and planning.
• Embed finance and ops into the company’s operating rhythm, helping every team stay on course and on time.

Financial Planning & Decision Support

• Lead company-wide financial planning, budgeting, and scenario modeling.
• Owner of the Gross Margin - champion data-driven decision-making: from CAC payback to sales team ROI.

Operational Rigor & Systems Building

• Build enterprise-grade processes for compliance, internal controls, and governance.
• Oversee implementation of scalable systems across finance, legal, audit, and operations.
• Instill operational discipline while keeping the organization nimble and focused.

Global Scale Enablement

• Ensure commercial and operational readiness as we expand internationally.
• Support legal, regulatory, and risk management across multiple jurisdictions.
• Oversee day-to-day company operations, including office management and the launch of new global hubs.

Visibility & Performance Tracking

• Establish real-time dashboards and KPIs to monitor execution and surface risks/opportunities.
• Translate operational complexity into executive clarity—through clear data, reporting, and planning cycles.

Finance Leadership

• Manage internal and outsourced finance resources (bookkeeping, payroll, FP&A).
• Own monthly/quarterly financial processes: reporting, cash flow, budget vs actuals, and investor metrics.
• Ensure finance supports - not slows - strategic execution.
