About The Role:

The Delivery Operations Manager will oversee production department tasks, ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality content for mobile-gaming companies. This role focuses on optimizing creative workflows, coordinating with product and development teams, and enhancing QA processes to support our innovative content solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of post-production processes and video creation, solid operations and project-management skills, and a collaborative approach to refining production methods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the creative team, ensuring efficient workflows and timely delivery of engaging content for gaming clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer success, product, and development, to ensure alignment with business objectives and to leverage technological solutions for process enhancements.
• Manage resource allocation, scheduling, and team coordination to maximize productivity and streamline content development.
• Maintain operational workflows that support content quality assurance, minimizing potential bottlenecks.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and production metrics to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Identify and address any issues affecting timelines, assess impacts, and update relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment and efficiency.
• Support and production team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Delegate tasks effectively while maintaining project oversight and integrity in planning.
