Head of Sales

This is not a “big boss” position - it’s a hands-on builder role for someone who thrives at the intersection of sales, strategy, and execution. As Head of Sales, you’ll be responsible for owning the entire new studio sales funnel - from first touch to signed deal - and building a repeatable, high-velocity motion that converts the right studios.
You’ll work closely with marketing, customer success, and the CEO to ensure we’re targeting high-potential studios, onboarding partners seamlessly, and consistently optimizing our sales approach for speed, conversion, and long-term value.
After establishing the sales foundation, you'll play a key role in hiring and mentoring as a Head of Sales, as we scale our offering and partner base further.
Location: Tel Aviv, Israel (Hybrid)

Company Size: ~40 employees, growing to 60
Stage: High-growth B2B SaaS (global ARR and GTM expansion)
Responsibilities:Lead the New Studio Sales Funnel
● Own and execute the end-to-end sales process: from discovery calls and demo presentations to deal negotiation, legal and closing.
● Qualify and prioritize new studio leads in collaboration with marketing—based on account growth potential and business fit.
● Own, review, report and optimize new studios revenue pipeline.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
● Work hand-in-hand with marketing to ensure messaging and targeting align with sales needs.
● Collaborate with the partnerships (customer success) team to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term account expansion. ● Partner with leadership to align sales motion with the company’s growth strategy, story and GTM goals.
Build Sales Infrastructure for Scale
● Design and implement an efficient and scalable sales funnel, tailored to mobile games studios.
● Set up and optimize CRM systems (HubSpot) in collaboration with marketing and customer success.
● Define and track key sales KPIs and performance metrics, including dashboards and real-time reporting.
Business & Pricing Strategy
● Analyze segments, buying patterns, and value drivers to continuously refine pricing and packaging.
● Tailor offers and packages to the unique studio’s needs.
