Description

We're building Sett's sales team from scratch. No SDRs. No BDRs. No support machine. Just you, qualified inbound leads, and the biggest names in mobile gaming waiting to be closed.

You'll own the full cycle. Discovery to demo. Proposal to signature. CRM to celebration. Everything.

This is a founding sales role. You'll shape how Sett sells. Build the playbooks with us. Close the deals. Help us in our journey as one of Israel’s fastest growing companies.

Responsibilities

  • Work inbound leads from Sett's growing brand presence
  • Run full sales cycles with mobile gaming studios (High ACV deals)
  • Navigate complex enterprise deals with multiple stakeholders
  • Build relationships with UA leaders, Creative Directors, and C-level executives
  • Become a domain expert in agentic AI and mobile gaming UA
  • Contribute to sales strategy, positioning, and process development

Who You Are

Builder mentality. No divas. No "that's not my job." You pick up the phone (zoom, but you can catch our drift), write the proposal, chase the signature, update the CRM. Everything.

Consultative seller. High-ticket deals require trust. You diagnose before you prescribe. You challenge prospects' thinking and teach them a new way. You walk away from bad fits for our company.

Technical curiosity. What matters: genuine curiosity about how things work, and specifically being fascinated with AI. You'll credibly discuss agentic AI, creative production pipelines, and UA optimization with sophisticated buyers that don’t take sh*t.

Learning machine. Mobile gaming and AI are deep domains. You rapidly absorb and synthesize complex information. You ask good questions. You study.

Requirements

Must Have:

  • Proven track record closing high-ACV enterprise deals (mid-high six figure ACV at least)
  • Complex sales experience (multi-stakeholder, long cycles, technical buyers)
  • Full-cycle ownership (you've done it without SDR/BDR support)
  • B2B SaaS background and willingness to learn the new world of vertical AI
  • Fluent English
  • Based in Israel

Strong Bonus:

  • Mobile gaming industry experience
  • UA/performance marketing background
  • Martech or adtech experience
  • Sold to marketing/growth teams before
  • Startup experience (comfort with ambiguity and a high pace)

The Diva. Needs SDRs, Sales Engineers, proposal teams. Can't function without a machine around you.

The Feature Seller. Leads with product specs. Can't connect technology to business outcomes. Loses C-level attention.

The Lone Wolf. Won't share learnings. Won't collaborate with marketing. Hoards information.
