Our global team—motion designers, product managers, and developers—is expanding quickly. To keep pace, we’re hiring a Traffic Manager to join our production team—Astra and oversee day-to-day tasks, drive long-term planning, and keep operations running smoothly in a dynamic, fast-moving environment with multiple stakeholders.
About The Role:
- The Traffic Manager will oversee production department tasks, ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality content for mobile-gaming companies. This role focuses on optimizing creative workflows, coordinating with product and development teams, and enhancing QA processes to support our innovative content solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of post-production processes and video creation, solid operations and project-management skills, and a collaborative approach to refining production methods.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the creative team, ensuring efficient workflows and timely delivery of engaging content for gaming clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer success, product, and development, to ensure alignment with business objectives and to leverage technological solutions for process enhancements.
- Manage resource allocation, scheduling, and team coordination to maximize productivity and streamline content development.
- Maintain operational workflows that support content quality assurance, minimizing potential bottlenecks.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and production metrics to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Identify and address any issues affecting timelines, assess impacts, and update relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment and efficiency.
- Support and production team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Delegate tasks effectively while maintaining project oversight and integrity in planning.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience as a post-producer in a fast paced environment ideally within the gaming, advertising, or media sectors - is a must.
- Proficiency in English is a must—you’ll lead meetings, write documentation, and communicate with global team members.
- Strong understanding of digital content production workflows, with an emphasis on QA and process optimization.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, or Monday.com).
- Highly organized, with strong multitasking skills and a quick, proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with creative software such as Unity, After Effects, or similar tools commonly used in content production.
- Excellent decision-making and communication skills, crucial for effective collaboration with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Working days: Monday to Friday to align with our global teams.
- Preferred: Experience in a startup environment, with an ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
Bonus Points:
- Experience in the mobile gaming industry and a strong understanding of its dynamics.
- Familiarity with performance marketing.
