Our platform rapidly creates and tests diverse video and playable ad concepts at scale. What once took months now takes days.

The Role

As Sett's first Growth Marketing Manager, you'll own pipeline generation and the strategic alliances that accelerate our growth in mobile gaming.

This is not a "run ads and write reports" role. This is a builder position: architect systems that generate qualified pipeline while forging alliances that expand our reach and establish Sett as the category leader.

You'll report to Head of Marketing and work cross-functionally to drive revenue through demand gen and partner channels.

Responsibilities

Own the full funnel

  • Awareness plays that establish category leadership through conversion campaigns that drive demos
  • Build nurture programs that move prospects from awareness to decision
  • Partner with content marketing on high-converting assets: case studies, webinars, thought leadership addressing real UA creative pain points
  • Own the website end-to-end, including managing our dev partner

Master the metrics

  • Own pipeline targets, conversion rates, CAC, and ROI
  • Build dashboards that show what's working. Test messaging, creative, channels.

Leverage technology

  • Own marketing tech stack (HubSpot, analytics, enrichment tools)
  • Build automated workflows for lead nurturing and qualification
  • Implement AI-powered tools to accelerate content, analysis, and campaign optimization

Build the ecosystem:

  • Identify and activate strategic partners: agencies and consultancies serving game studios, complementary martech platforms (ad networks, MMPs, analytics), and industry communities/influencers
  • Develop partner programs with clear value props, enablement materials, and incentive structures
  • Create scalable frameworks for partner onboarding and ongoing engagement

Build relationships that matter

  • Become a recognized face in mobile gaming partnerships - events, conferences, industry relationships
  • Negotiate agreements that create mutual value. Be the primary contact for strategic partners.

Requirements

Non-Negotiables:

  • 3-5 years B2B SaaS marketing with proven track record in Growth Marketing / Demand Gen
  • Demonstrated pipeline growth through paid, organic, and partner channels
  • Mobile gaming, ad tech, or martech experience strongly preferred - you know the ecosystem and buyers
  • Data-driven: comfortable in Salesforce, GA, and attribution platforms to understand and optimize performance
  • Hands-on executor who builds campaigns, not just manages vendors
  • Strong communicator: compelling copy, persuasive decks, confident external presence
  • Startup mentality: thrive in ambiguity, move fast, don't wait for perfect
