Our system doesn't remix templates. It creates fundamentally different creative hypotheses, each one built from real performance signals.

Sett is looking for a Deployment Strategist to lead our most strategic partner engagements end-to-end - from discovery and POC scoping through deployment, delivery, adoption, retention, and expansion.

We’re looking for someone with a builder mindset and a strong ownership mentality - someone who can create structure from ambiguity, drive execution without waiting for perfect conditions, and carry partner outcomes from strategy all the way to measurable impact

Responsibilities

As a Deployment Strategist, you will drive the delivery and adoption of Sett’s AI solutions, working closely with strategic partners from initial vision to production implementation. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, AI innovation, partner success, and hands-on execution - ensuring partners turn Sett’s technology into measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Own strategic partner engagements end-to-end, from onboarding and delivery through retention and expansion.
  • Define POC success criteria, manage delivery timelines, track progress, and drive each engagement toward a clear outcome.
  • Ensure Sett’s solutions are adopted into the partner’s workflow with clear milestones, owners, timelines, and success measures.
  • Act as the main partner owner, surfacing risks, blockers, and priorities before they become delivery or commercial issues.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to partners, helping them understand how to get the most value from Sett’s technology.
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and help turn early wins into long-term partnerships.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, research, creative, analytics, and commercial teams to align execution around partner needs.

Requirements

Who is the ideal candidate?

This role is ideal for someone with a strong ownership mindset, strong execution skills, and the ability to create clarity in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.

  • Brings 2–5 years of experience in fast-growing B2B startups or consulting firms, delivery, customer-facing, or technical roles.
  • Has a strong interest in technology and curiosity to understand how complex products work.
  • Combines business acumen with strong problem-solving skills and can turn ambiguous challenges into clear action plans.
  • Creates clarity for partners and internal teams, even when priorities or requirements are still evolving.
  • Works effectively across technical and business stakeholders.
  • Takes ownership, operates independently, and is willing to go the extra mile.
  • Manages multiple priorities, timelines, and workstreams effectively.
  • Thrives both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
