The Role:

We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing Operations team. This is a foundational, entry-level role for someone excited to help shape how we communicate with and support our policyholders — homeowners navigating insurance in a changing climate.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Commercial & Operations and our Underwriting teams to support homeowners and brokers through every step of the insurance experience — from answering questions to processing policy changes and tracking claims. You’ll also help us implement communication workflows and documentation systems that become the backbone of our support function.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree (no insurance experience required)

  • Strong written communication and interpersonal skills

  • Detail-oriented and organized with a love for clear systems

  • Curious, eager to learn, and excited to take ownership

  • A proactive, empathetic approach to customer support

  • Strong bias towards automation and process improvement

  • Team-first mindset and high personal accountability
